Wycon (UK) Ltd understand that time and space are at an ever increasing premium and so offer a complete package. This includes initial design, supply and installation of steel partitioning systems for use in a variety of work environments, including factories, warehouses and offices. Steel partitioning can be used in an existing space to provide segregation, security, offices, storage areas and more.
Steel Partitioning options include:
- Single or Double Skin Partitioning
- Mesh Steel Partitioning
- Security Mesh Cages
- Clean Room Partitioning
- Anti-Collapse Mesh (Pallet Racking).
Single Skin Steel Partitioning
Single skin steel partitioning systems are suitable for a wide range of applications, including offices, storage areas and factory dividing walls.
The system is quick and easy to construct and has a comprehensive range of single, double and sliding doors available. These can be fitted with most types of locks and latches, including interlocks. If glazed panels are required they are fitted with laminated safety glass during the manufacturing process, ensuring an exact fit and saving installation time.
The panels are bolted to the floor which means it has the added benefit of being de-mountable and re-locatable with a minimum of effort. Our standard range comes in a wide variety of width options; however standard configurations do not always fit into the required spaces, therefore the non-standard or bespoke design is always an option. The partitioning is also available in various vertical configurations – all solid, solid/glass, solid/glass/solid, solid/mesh, and all mesh.
Double Skin Steel Partitioning
Double skin steel partitioning systems is used where a smooth internal and external finish is required, with minimal joints. It also comes with the option of insulation between the panels to offer heat insulation and sound proofing.
The system is suitable for a wide range of applications including security areas, offices, storage areas, factory dividing walls and locations in food or chemical production areas.
The system is quick and easy to construct and comes standard with high performance single or double door sets.
The panels have a 15mm leg for adjustment and sit into a floor channel, with an option of laminate skirting, and lock into adjacent panels by means of an internal locking channel making installation fast, simple and secure.
The system is available in a standard range of width options. However, standard configurations do not always fit into the required space, therefore the non-standard or bespoke design is always an option. The system is available in various vertical configurations – all solid, solid/glass/solid or steel & glass.
Mesh Steel Partitioning
Mesh Steel Partitioning can be used to secure areas with goods that are sensitive to theft or storage of hazardous materials.
Mesh Partitioning can be used to segregate areas within a warehouse or manufacturing facility, under or above a mezzanine floor. Another use can be to ensure machinery is isolated for health and safety reasons.
Anti-collapse mesh is used on the outer edge of a pallet racking system to ensure that products remain on the pallet racking.
